Unfortunately we never were able to get the microphone to work. We tried every adjustment on the Switch and nothing helped. I’ll try buying them again… hopefully we just happened to get a faulty pair is all.

These are great because they aren’t so loud like ear buds! They’re great for kids with those sensory issues but still allows them to hear everything just fine on full volume. They are also extremely comfortable!
