These unusual stones can be used to arrange your own Chamber Dungeons; each one is a puzzle in and of itself! Place chambers from dungeons found throughout the game on a series of objective-based grids… Where should the bosses go? How do you get from the entrance to the stairwell? I hear a lot of people talking about how this game is a direct copy of the original gameboy version, but being that I never played that I cant really compare it. With that being said, I think this is a solid Zelda game. I like the over the head classic style with upgraded graphics. If they could do this with the original game it would be amazing.The Map is not the largest, and it feels like the game will not take long to get through after only playing it for about 3-4 hours.

A blast from the past! I used to play this game on the gameboy color, and when that was stolen so was a part of me. I’ve sorely missed this game, and it’s artfully simplistic story. The game is about what I remember it with a few upgrades. The graphics and design are an interesting choice, but I guess this game was aimed at kids, hence the almost cartoonish style. Overall, I’d say it’s a great game. My one complaint is if Nintendo is just going to reskin old games they’ve already made, it’s kind of dickish to charge the same full price as brand new games.

I’ve never played the original, so I can’t compare this with the original. And won’t be critical of the game design, since it was an existing game from a different time. I got this game because I liked the look, have played BoTW as well as some other Zelda games, so figured it’d be worth a try.The game was fun. Not super fun. Fun enough to finish with it not feeling too much of a grind. I finished the game in around 20 hours over 3 weeks, playing it in small spurts. I probably died maybe a total of 3-4 times, so the game isn’t super difficult.But the game does suffer from frame rate issues. While the style is nice, I can’t help but think that they should have chosen a different aesthetic that perhaps could be better handled by the Switch.For what you get, I don’t think it’s worth the price. In particular because I got the digital copy which is even more expensive than the cartridge version.

An incredible 1:1 remake of Link’s Awakening in a charmingly beautiful cartoon style. It’s a great, and full-length Zelda game. A tad on the easy side but still incredible fun.

This game is very pretty. I mean it looks incredible. If you are looking for a good explore and solve puzzles game you came to the right place. The boss battles are just as tricky as some of the puzzles. Very nice game.

Great game, brings me back to my Game Boy days. The one downfall is I beat it in 3 days.
