   This version of Hyrule Warriors truly is the definitive version. It includes all the best parts of the WiiU and 3DS Games and discards the stuff that didn’t work. I highly recommend it to returning players and new ones alike.

   Incredibly fun to play! As a fan of the Warriors franchise, I was skeptical at first about bringing it into the Nintendo universe, but the execution on this game is fantastic! Great graphics, fun gameplay, and a great way to kill a couple of hours on a layover at the airport!

   This game is a challenge for me to play solo since there is so much going on at once and it can be hard to keep track of. I am enjoying the story, game play, and the skills of each character. I’m usually more into standard RPGs than these fighting games but this is an exciting combo of both that doesn’t require too much fighting game skill to get through. I love that my Husband and I can play this together and that he enjoys coming to my aid to kick bad guy butt when I need and extra set of eyes on the map. It’s an enjoyable addition to the Zelda games and a good time killer while we’re waiting for more Switch games to come out.

   As many other reviewers stated, if you’re a fan of Dynasty Warriors, you’re going to be a fan of Hyrule Warriors; especially if you’re a Zelda fan. There are hours of content jam packed in here with just as many collectibles (all optional). It runs great and at 60fps on TV mode which is excellent!However, it can feel repetitive sometimes so I recommend you take a break every two levels you play or else you’ll get burnt out. Games can be very long depending on how many objectives you have and the difficulty you are playing on.

   For a dynasty warriors type game, it’s really fun. The plot in story mode is intriguing, and the available variety of characters and unlockables keeps me coming back for more.

   Good game. Less freedom that other games like Dynasty Warriors. Taking time to clear an area doesn’t matter as more enemies just reappear.

   I loved playing this game. I liked that is a solid dynasty warriors style game, large character selection where every character has a unique move set. Lots of playtime due to unlocking different parts of the map (not the main story mode), many game modes, and i can play this with my spouse which is great. The only thing i would improve on is diversity in the core story maps. There are only 6 or 7 maps that get reused in various ways.

   The price is unfortunate, considering this is a re-released Wii-U title. That said, I got at least 100 hours of content out of it and the game runs much smoother on Switch.
