My ten year old told me to give this five stars. This game is perfect for that age group. Plays just like the cartoon. As a parent (who also loves superheroes) I give it a thumbs up.

I played a few hours, and so far most of the impotant cutscenes are all voiced and have skits. There are various types of battles you can do, from point defense to luring bosses to certain locations. The photography mode is a good breather in between the action RPG part of the game. I think the graphics are a little on the disappointing side, but as a switch game, I think it is ok. If this was on the xbox or the ps5, I would have given it a little less stars. I found the various activities satisfying to do, and it never feels like you are just fighting the same kind of monsters all the time with reskins, like with most games of this genre. Package came in a little earlier than expected, so that is a plus.

I bought this game for my Princess. She couldn’t wait for it to come in. I showed her when it was expected to be delivered, and that’s when it came. Princess is happy and so am I….

We got this thinking it was for multi players based on the info but it is not. That being said our daughter has really enjoyed the game and our sons have played it as well.

Loved that it was easy for a 3 and 5 year old to pickup and play.

I purchased this for myself as I like the DC Super Hero Girls show and thought this video game based on it looked fun. I had expected it to be around a 5 hour game, which story wise it can be played within a day, however there is enough side content that I actually played for almost a week trying to complete everything and I still have unfinished business in the game. There’s multiple different types of collectibles, many side quests, a good story, and while most of the battles weren’t anything too challenging, there were a few optional ones that I still haven’t managed to beat. All battles, both optional and story can be replayed without having to start a new game which was a definite relief to me as there is one collectible that only appears during battles and I wasn’t able to find them all the first time. One of my favorite things to do in this game was to go around taking photos. This is one of those games that doesn’t just give you the ability to take screenshots, but to have a camera in game that you can use to take different types of photos. While the main purpose is for the in game social media, which was a part of the game I wasn’t a big fan of as I’m not a huge fan of social media, you can take photos of anything you want with the only exception being that the camera is not available in battles so you have to use the screenshot button if you want to take photos of your chosen character in costume. The social media aspect of the game is used the same as people do in real life, with trying to get as many likes and followers as possible. In this game the best way to get that is to take photos of whatever is currently trending which tends to be on the ridiculous side. More than once I found myself taking photos of laundry, taxi’s and shipping containers. The only thing I photographed for the social media site that I was taking photos of anyway were pigeons. In real life I’m always taking photographs of animals and nature so for me that was going to happen anyway. While the social media part of the game was definitely more of an annoyance to me than anything else with the constant dinging and being forced to get followers and likes, it does add a sense of realism to the game as it the game definitely has a modern day feel to it. Other than that, I had a lot of fun playing this game. I have added my own photos/screenshots from the game to show a little more of it. All photos are spoiler free so they won’t give you a better sense of the story, just some of the gameplay and some of the different types of photos that can be taken. All photos of the characters in costume are screenshots and all the others, with the exception of the one of Harley in the air and the one of her standing in a small space high up with buildings behind her, were taken with the camera feature. The closeup of the bear is the only one I have shared that used one of the filters that can be used on the photos.
